General
What do you offer?
We are a kids play ground, we have hours ticket choices, day pass, faily pass(bundle passes), weekday drop-offs, camps, annual membership, monthly membership choices. We are also a venue for parties, dining and take-out service, order from us on Uber! Check our “WHAT’S ON” for latest fun events and promotions.
Do I have to make an appointment or can I just walk in?
Both works,
booking recommended as availability not guaranteed.
Do I have to pay for an adult?
One child ticket includes one adult, you only need to buy for additional adults.
How much for a general admission to come to your playground?

Do you offer memberships or passes of any kind?
Please check our Membership and Play page respectively for details.
Do you offer any special rates or promotions?
Please check our What’s on page for our latest promotion and events. We have 10% off discount for military, first responder and access 2 cards.
Can you bring in outside food or drinks?
No outside food and drink except baby food and special dietary food.
What’s the age range, do you have any age restrictions?
The playground is primarily designed for kids 0-17 yrs, and we don’t have an age restrictions.
Why do I need to wear non-slip socks? Can I just wear my regular socks?
Grippy socks are mandatory for kids, suggested for adults, parents should wear normal socks.
Can I use any type of non-slip socks or is it specifically from your facility?
You can wear any non-slip socks, or purchase from us. Parents should wear normal socks.
Is there a place to put my stuff? Are there lockers?
Yes, please take valuable stuff with you, as the cabinet is not locked.
Can you bring in our strollers?
No, strollers have to be put aside, carriers are allowed inside.
Do you have to pay for infants?
No, we don’t charge babies that not gonna play or crawling around.
Is there a designated area for children who are younger than 2?
Yes! We do, and our floor is great for them to crawling around.
Play Tickets
What is your refund and cancelation policy on regular Play Tickets?
We don’t have refund policy on play tickets, only rescheduling, please notify us before ticket time.
How do I know when my time is done?
Please check your bracelet for ending time.
When purchasing a ticket do we have access to the whole facility?
Apart from the claw machines which requires tokens to play, you have full access to the rest.
Membership and Subscription
What is your refund and cancelation policy on Membership, gift card and family passes?
They don’t have refund policy.
Party
What is your refund and cancelation policy on Party Bookings?
It requires 14 days in advance notice to get the deposit back, within 2 weeks we can do rescheduling, please notify us 24 hrs in advance.
Dining
Do we need to buy tickets to dine in?
If you are with kids, you have to purchase tickets for the kids to dine in, otherwise you can walk in wihtout tickets during weekdays for dine-in.
